With a consistently-fresh approach to getting YOU in shape—using everything from battle ropes and kettlebells to weighted bars, resistance bands,

jump ropes, plyometrics drills, and more —

Groundwork Boot Camp is a one-of-a-kind class you’ll want to stick with.


Boot Camp classes will incorporate

cardiovascular conditioning, strength training, and flexibility exercises. We encourage you to take each session at your own pace, making classes suitable for every fitness level—whether you’re someone new to exercising or looking to push your stamina to the next level.


We don't teach quick fixes. We encourage you to make lifestyle changes you can stick with. This way you get results, nurture a healthy body, and look fabulous!


Barb Grandison is eCornell certified in plant-based nutrition. We help you eat healthier by adding plant-based whole foods to your diet, which can be a great aid in reducing (or preventing) high blood pressure, cancer, high cholesterol, autoimmune diseases and so much more. Barb also has over 30 years' experience teaching fitness!
